University is located on the gentle hills of the north-west area of Nara
city. Around the university, there are
many academic and historical places which have very important shrines, temples
and ruins, also Kansai Culture and Scientific Research City which includes the
National Diet Library is next to the university. The transportation system to the university
from Osaka and Kyoto is very convenient, within one hour.
Come in to contact with genuine articles, connect with society and acquire the skills to resolve the issues.
●In all the curriculum through four years, including Basic Seminar in
the first year, many kinds of professional practices are prepared for all of
the students. They can have classes in small groups and are taken care of
politely by the professors and lecturers.●Our philosophy of education is based on practices and experiences
and the promotion of the practical study actively. All the classes of the departments of the
faculties carry out the policy “walk, see, hear, touch and feel” for the
students.●There are many academically important shrines and temples around our
campus. The transportation system by Kintetsu Railway Company is very
convenient. It easily leads to Kyoto,
Osaka, Hyogo.●Our library store about 560,000 books which
are precious and important in the world.
●We promote to accept researchers all over the world and focus on the
international academic exchanges.
