- Privately financed international students who have student residence status, and also those applicants who meet eligibility requirements (returnee students and students of international schools) for entrance examination. In the first year, all foreign students are eligible for the tuition exemption program. However, from the second year forward, students with unsatisfactory school records cannot apply.
