| Special notes | Applicants must not hold Japanese nationality. Applicants must have graduated and received a bachelor’s degree from a university in a country other than Japan. May not apply to a different Science Tokyo program at the same time, provided that applicants can also apply for IGP (C) on the condition that they choose the same school and department for both programs and obtain approval for multiple applications. Required to obtain "Notification of the preliminary screening results" from contact person before applying. Please refer Application Guide for the details. Students will receive daily living expenses of JPY 5,200 and is allowed rent-free use of RIKEN on-campus housing or provided a housing allowance of up to JPY 70,000 per month. Both allowances will be provided for up to three years. |
