College Guidance Fairs for International Students 2025

1. Objective

These fairs are designed for international students who are currently enrolled in Japanese Language Institutions, and are planning to enter universities (including graduate schools), junior colleges, colleges of technology and specialized training colleges (postsecondary course) and the like (hereinafter referred to as ''schools'').
With the participation of schools in Japan, these fairs provide up-to-date and correct information about Japanese higher education and research in order to help international students select an appropriate school.

2. Venue and Dates

(1) Tokyo
June 27 (Friday), 2025 10:00 - 16:00
Event Hall D, Ikebukuro Sunshine City
(3-1, Higashiikebukuro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo)

 

(2) Osaka
July 2 (Wednesday), 2025 10:00 - 16:00
Hal A & B, Osaka Merchandise Mart Building (OMM Building)
(1-7-31, Otemae, Chuo-ku, Osaka)

3. Organizer

Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO)

4. Target

International students who wish to study in universities, junior colleges, colleges of technology and specialized training colleges in Japan.

5. Program

(1) Exhibitors Booths
Each exhibitor runs its own booth for providing admission information, syllabus and other general information to visitors.

(2) General Consultation Section
JASSO and related organizations provide information about school selection, visa requirements, university admission requirements, etc.

(3) Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) Section
JASSO provides EJU examination information and individual consultation regarding EJU to visitors.

(4) TOEFL® Section
ETS Japan provides individual consultation regarding TOEFL®.

(5) Seminars
Presentations by JASSO and related organizations on procedure and examinations for entering universities and other higher education institutions, etc.

(6) Information Material Distribution Area
Distribution of useful information on higher education and life in Japan from public institutions.
